2. Increasing the compression density of MgO powder can reduce the working temperature of the resistance wire, but this is meaningless for the use of power, for annealing (referring to stainless steel 900℃), because the former has a temperature gradient, and the latter points are equal in temperature.

3. Reduce the thickness of the insulation layer of MgO powder, which can also reduce the working temperature of MgO powder and improve the life of the heating tube.

4 to prevent the production of organic matter and rust on the inner wall of the pipe, therefore, the pipe, especially the iron pipe, must be pickling treatment, and drying rust, after the completion of this process, the pipe is quickly filled with powder, must not be placed for too long, especially in the high temperature season, so as to avoid rust.

5. Since MgO powder itself has organic matter that will cause magnesium powder to turn black, it is recommended to roast MgO powder before filling.

6.MgO powder or block should not be exposed to the sun night dew, but should not be allowed to rain in the open air, so as to avoid acid rain and harmful gases immersed in the block and powder.
